Decision Queue

Human-in-the-loop for AI agents

Your agents do the work.
Your people make the call.

Decision Queue is where agents bring the decisions that need a person — an approval, a judgement, an action when something happens — and where that person makes them with the context in front of them.

How it works

  1. An agent asks

From any workflow, an agent posts a decision: what it found, the options, and what it will do with each answer.

  2. The right person is told

The decision is routed to the people who own it, on the web or on their phone, and escalated if it waits too long.

  3. They decide in seconds

Everything needed to decide is on the card. One tap answers it, and many similar items can be answered at once.

  4. The agent carries on

The answer goes straight back to the agent, and every decision is kept: who decided, when, and what they saw.

More than an approve button

Approvals

Spend, contracts, outbound messages, code changes — anything an agent should not do on its own authority. The agent prepares, a person signs off.

Monitoring and triage

Agents watch news, tickets, leads or logs and bring what they find. People mark what matters, and the agent learns what to bring next time.

Event-driven actions

When something happens — a price moves, a threshold is crossed, a deadline nears — the agent brings ready-made options and acts on the one chosen.

Built for organisations that answer for their decisions

  • Audit trail. Every request, answer and the context shown, kept and exportable.
  • Roles and routing. Decisions go to the people and teams who own them, with deputies and escalation.
  • Deadlines and defaults. Each decision says what happens if nobody answers in time — never a silent yes.
  • Works with your agents. An HTTP API and an MCP server, so any agent framework can ask.
